Nutri-Energetics Systems® (NES) is a holistic and integrative approach to health based on decades of research by Peter Fraser on what he calls the Human Body-Field. ( As with most theories in alternative medicine, they are not accepted by conventional science, but Dr. Ou has found Fraser's theories to be brilliant.) According to Fraser, the Human Body-Field is a master system of energy and information in the body that influences our state of health and well being.
The Human Body Field can be thought of as the software or blueprint that regulates the body. This is consistent with what modern biophysics and traditional systems of healing such as Traditional Chinese Medicine have said for thousands of years. According to physicists, matter and chemical reactions are controlled by the behavior of subatomic particles, such as electrons. In turn, these subatomic particles are made of and controlled by information or energy. NES believes that working at this fundamental level correlates with physical well-being.
The Human Body Field is thought to correlate with all aspects of the body including the DNA, immune system, endocrine system, excretory system, digestion, sleep cycles, detoxification systems, energy generation system, systems of communication, emotions, mental function, and more. Those familiar with alternative medicine may have heard of chakras and meridians. NES believes that the level it is working at is even deeper and more fundamental than chakras and meridians.
According to NES theory, stressors from the environment such as toxins, emotional stress, poor diet, and electromagnetic fields distort the body-field. When this happens, the body's ability to self-heal becomes weaker. If the body-field can be restored to its normal state, the body's ability to self-heal can be restored as well. Instead of treating symptoms, NES believes that it is addressing the underlying causes within the body-field.
Fraser teamed up with Harry Massey to develop computerized instruments to assess the integrity of the Human Body Field. They also created a new class of supplements called Infoceuticals® which are designed to correct distortions of the Human Body Field. The result has been thousands of people around the world reporting that they have regained their health, even those who have not responded to other conventional or alternative therapies. Both Fraser and Massey were able to recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a debilitating condition for which modern medicine has no treatment and which poses great difficulty for alternative medicine as well. Over the years, Dr. Ou has learned that most alternative therapies only address small portions of the healing process, if at all. When Dr. Ou first learned about NES, he was impressed that the theories behind it were consistent with his unique knowledge and experience with natural healing. What is involved with Nutri-Energetics Systems®?
Each assessment begins with a patient simply resting his or her hand on a palm sized scanner. In less than 30 seconds, the system analyzes the integrity of the patient’s body-field by comparing it to an ideal map. It looks at 145 important parameters that NES believes relates to well being such as energy levels and distorted energy pathways. Dr. Ou will analyze the results and create a customized plan to most effectively correct the body-field. This involves identifying the weakest links in the body-field and determining the best sequence to correct those links. The goal then is to restore the body's self-healing capacity then allow the body to correct illnesses on its own.
Patients are generally given 3-4 Infoceuticals per visit. They are taken daily for about a month at which point they are rescanned to identify the next layers that need to be addressed. It typically takes at least 6 months to correct the body-field. Most people report improvements in their well being within the first 3 months, but some people don’t notice much until later. Healing is like the peeling of an onion in that there are numerous layers to go through.
The Infoceuticals are bottles of liquid programmed with signals and instructions that are believed to carry corrective information to the Human Body Field. They are taken by adding several drops to a small amount of water. They do not contain any physical substances other than water, minerals, and small amount of alcohol so they can not cause side effects.

A pilot study carried out at Holos University looked at how military families coped with stress. The results of a placebo controlled, double blind study at Holos University has been completed and the data analysis is currently in progress.
