Introduction
The M-Power Perfect Health Program™ is a component of Dr. Ou's Natural Healing Program. It was developed by David Wheeler, D.C. and Dr. Ou uses it to accelerate healing with FCT. It may also be used independently to elevate one's degree of health. There are 4 levels depending on the degree of health problems one has and how quickly one wants to get better. A consultation with Dr. Ou will help determine which levels are appropriate.
Level 1: M-water
This is the most basic level that Dr. Ou recommends to anyone whether they are relatively healthy and just want to maintain their health or whether they are suffering from a serious illness. He considers M-water and Core Nectar to be more beneficial than taking vitamins for good health. M-water is added to clean drinking water at a ratio of 1 teaspoon per half a gallon. Most people need to drink at least half a gallon of the enhanced water daily. This is the equivalent of 8 glasses a day.
70% of the human body is composed of water. Unfortunately, almost all of the water that people drink is no longer in its ideal state. Studies have shown that the vast majority of water whether it is bottled, purified, or modified in some way does not efficiently enter cells. Some research suggests that 90% of people, even those who drink lots of what they believe to be good quality water, are chronically dehyrated. The reason is that 99.9% of all water contain water molecules which clump together as large water clusters. M-water uses natural forces to organize water molecules to form small water clusters. Cells are much better able to use water molecules from small organized clusters than from large disorganized clusters. This is why M-water is one of the few products in the world shown to improve hydration of cells.
The smaller water clusters of M-water also have the property of containing more energy than other water. This is believed to be due to the electrons in M-water being in higher orbits. When M-water is taken, this energy is transferred to the cells of the body.
In clinical studies, M-water and Core Water have been shown to hydrate cells at least 20-30% better than high quality filtered, distilled, bottled, or “enhanced” water. This in turn led to improved cell hydration, improved detoxification, and correction of pH from drinking M-water. In fact, most of the “healthy” waters on the market have neutral or negative effects on cell hydration. Greater hydration helps to wash out accumulated toxins, improve resistance to stress, restore pH, improve the ability of nutrients to enter cells, and improve function of cells. From the perspective of Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine, it helps to balance the chakras and the flow of qi through the meridians. At the level of physics, it improves cell to cell communication by promoting coherence of the pathways between cells.
People often ask what is added to M-water. The answer is nothing. Dr. Wheeler discovered a way to restore water to its ideal state using only natural forces. As analogy, think about lumpy gravy and smooth gravy. 99.9% of water is lumpy even if it is filtered, bottled, or distilled. By vibrating "lumpy" water in a certain way, it becomes smooth and digests more efficiently.
People have different responses to improved hydration. Many people notice less stress, less pain, and better energy and sleep. Others need the other components of the M-Power program to notice changes in their health.
M-water is even safe for plants and animals. It has been reported that if a bowl of regular water and a bowl of M-water is presented to dogs, they will go straight for the M-water. One of my patients reported that her elderly cats started to play, jump, and have the energy like when they were years younger after drinking M-water.
Level 2: Core Nectar
Core Nectar is a more potent version of M-water that is taken just before bed and after rising. This is used in addition to M-water to further enhance hydration and improve coherence of communication within the body. A clinical studied showed greater cell hydration, detoxfication, and pH correction compared to M water alone. The study also noted a number of people who lost weight and had significant improvements in stress and anxiety.
Level 3: MPS Gold 100
The MPS Gold is a proprietary extracts of aloe vera. There is no other brand that contains more of two important glyconutrients called mannose and galactose. Glyconutrients help make up receptors on cells that allow them to receive and transmit information to each other. This enables the immune system to function better and improves the ability of cells to communicate with each other. MPS Gold is best combined with M-water and Core Nectar to make sure the immune cells are well hydrated. MPS Gold is a powder taken with water on an empty stomach before breakfast.
While non-force kinesiology is not absolutely required, it is highly recommended to finetune the optimal doses for an individual. Different people need different doses and some need one or both of the MPS Gold products.
Many patients report even greater improvements with stress, energy, and pain with the addition of MPS Gold.
Level 4: The Beryllium Homeopathic Program
Many people have organs or cells in the body that are unable to take in the full benefits of M-water, Core nectar, and MPS Gold. Beryllium metallicum is a homeopathic remedy which removes these interferences. Many people especially those in poorer health, find this is the key step in allowing the M-Power Perfect Health Program™ to create dramatic improvements in health. Very few people have not had any improvements in health when levels 1 through 4 are combined for at least 3 months.
Non-force kinesiology is required to determine timing of the remedy. It will not work if given too frequently or not frequently enough.
