If you want to ask me questions such as whether or not I can help your particular health challenges, fill out the following form and I'll personally respond to your inquiry by E-mail. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply so please no urgent questions such as medication refills. If you don't hear anything, check your spam box as my reply may have gone there or you may have entered an incorrect address. If not, call my office at TBA as problems with the Internet can happen or I may be out of town.
If you are interested in becoming a new patient, fill out the following form to be placed on the waiting list for my Atlanta office. The current waiting time for new patients who aren't on the list is over 2 months.
For children under 15, I can use Nutri-Energetics, but they will need to have their own pediatrician as I do not practice general pediatrics.
