If you want to ask me questions such as whether or not I can help your particular health challenges, fill out the following form and I'll personally respond to your inquiry by E-mail. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply so please no urgent questions such as medication refills. If you don't hear anything, check your spam box as my reply may have gone there. If not, call my office at 770-922-3023 as problems with the Internet can happen or I may be out of town.
If you are interested in becoming a new patient, fill out the following form. An initial evaluation usually takes 45-60 minutes. My office will call you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. Due to high demand for my services, the current wait time for an appointment is approximately 3 months. (I only have space for a few more patients in my Conyers office) However, it is sometimes possible to work in someone earlier in certain situations if there are cancellations.
For children under 15, I can use Nutri-Energetics, but they will need to have their own pediatrician as I do not practice general pediatrics.
If you're interested in acupuncture, be sure to read the acupuncture page first to understand why I don't do much acupuncture anymore.
Alternatively, you may leave a message for me by calling my office at 770-922-3023. If you call, be sure to mention that you are interested in alternative medicine, otherwise you'll be told that I'm closed to new conventional patients. Also, it is often possible to get an earlier appointment by competing the online form instead of calling.
